| Jim Hicks and Larry Latimer off to USAF | "TIMBER!!! The Mud Slingers spent a very eventful and tiring day...chopping trees and brush...There were only a few major catastrophes. Carolyn Calkins, Joyce Elsie, and Shirley Crisfield decided to take the hard way back through the swamp while coming back from a walk. They managed to get out alive, but Shirley had gone in up to her waist and Joyce, almost that far. They rinsed off the smell in the lake and dried off by the fire, and were as good as new." | "WHICH
